What this application does

Hermes Agent is a private, single-user command-line assistant operated by its owner on the owner's own computer. It connects to Google APIs with the owner's explicit OAuth consent to help the owner manage their own Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Google Docs — for example listing recent mail, searching messages, reading attachments the owner asks about, drafting or sending mail on the owner's instruction, and finding or reading files the owner already has access to.

It is not a public service. There is no sign-up, no other users, and it is not distributed to third parties.

Data access

Scopes requested and why:

• Gmail (read / modify / send) — list, search and read the owner's mail; apply labels; send mail the owner explicitly instructs.
• Google Drive — search, read, upload and download files the owner already has access to.
• Google Calendar — read and create events at the owner's request.
• Google Sheets and Google Docs — read and edit documents the owner points the assistant at.
• Contacts (read-only) — resolve names to addresses when the owner asks to email someone.

All access is on behalf of, and only to, the account that granted consent.
